Sexsomnia: Sex During Sleep!
We’ve heard people talk, walk and do other crazy things while asleep, but I didn’t realize some can actually have sex during sleep! Yes, there is such a thing, and experts call it sexsomnia or sleep sex.
The condition occurs more often with men than with women and usually goes undiagnosed since those who experience it are either unaware of it or are not too willing to discuss the condition with others. Researchers say, though, that this disorder is actually more common that people think.
