Sleep Longer, Live Longer!

A new study reveals that 10 hours of good quality sleep per night can help you live longer, like long enough for you to hit 100 years old or even go beyond. During sleep, the body has the time for cell regeneration, removal of toxins and activation of immune system cells.

So, the next time someone wakes you up and tells you that you have slept long enough, tell them you want to live to 100!
