Terrifying Giant Sea Creature from Deep Sea
A submarine exploring the ocean’s depths came back with a sea creature that may trigger nasty nightmares to those who have seen it.
The creature has later been identified as a Bathynomus giganteus, a scavenger in the deep sea that feeds on dead whales, fish and squid. The one that recently attached itself to a submarine and became an instant online “celebrity” measures over 2.5 feet from head to tail.
