SmartBro Inefficiency Updates

For the millionth time, I have called SmartBro hotline to check on our internet connection (or the lack thereof). We have emailed and called several times, have been visited by a technical support team once and have felt utter disappointment and frustration a million times, but SmartBro still cannot give us a clear solution to the inefficient internet connection they are providing us.

SmartBroThis morning, I asked to talk to a supervisor, who informed me that our antenna may be misaligned. What?!!!? After more than a month of unreliable connection and a visit from SmartBro’s technical support team, they tell us about this just now?! Unbelievable.

They have scheduled another visit by their technical team on Thursday, but since that is just too late for me (who needs internet connection for work), I requested for an earlier schedule. The supervisor said he will try to schedule me for a visit today or tomorrow. I hope they keep their word on this, although I’m not putting my hopes too high given SmartBro’s poor performance for the past several weeks.

Anyway, I’m off to looking for other service providers this afternoon. I’m slowly leaning on the possibility that they can’t fix our connection and everyone we have talked to are all just giving us excuses. :(

    and I doubt if they’ll give you a full refund for a poor service..
